Terms & Conditions

Terms governing use of the Peppar platform and related services.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Peppar ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the Platform on behalf of a restaurant or business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Services

Peppar provides cloud-based restaurant management software including point-of-sale tools, digital menus, order management, kitchen display, inventory, reservations, messaging, and related features. We may update, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your staff's use of the Platform.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, including food safety, tax, and consumer protection regulations.

4. Subscription & payments

Paid plans, billing cycles, and fees are described at signup or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by:

  • Uploading unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfering with platform availability or security
  • Using the service for spam or abusive messaging

6. Your content

You retain ownership of menu data, branding, and content you upload. You grant Peppar a license to host, display, and process that content solely to provide the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, software, logos, and documentation are owned by Peppar or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code except as needed to use the service.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with your subscription agreement. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, subject to any data export window we provide.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
